How to unlock the Creator II achievement in Rec Room - Definitive Guide

Press

to bring up your watch menu
Click "Create"
Choose a template from "Base Rooms"
Give your room a unique name and create
Once you're in the room press

and select "This Room"
Then select the gear icon, select "Publish Room", add a room photo by clicking on the orange face and finally click "Publish" and "Publish" again.

** If you have issues taking a room photo try dancing as suggested below

For some reason it would not let me take a picture... Luckily I somehow fixed this by clicking both thumbsticks in to start dancing, Then once you stop by pressing B it allowed me to finally take a picture and publish the room. Just leaving this here in case someone else has the same issue.
