Pretty easy achievement, once you leave your dorm room hold dpad right and select Fist Bump (join party). Follow some people around with your fist bump active and eventually someone will fist bump you back. Make sure to stand in front of them. People on this game are really nice and fist bump almost everyone.

To achieve Party Animal in the quickest way possible, join a Rec Center. Once in a RecCenter, open your watch; and click on the "People" Tab. Once inside, click on "Party." Click on the orange button that appears in the middle. After that, you can select a certain amount of people; (or the entire lobby if you wish,) and invite them to your party! Only one has to join in order to obtain the achievement.
