Fairly simple one I did this on the "Crowley Cup" the "Mirage" race I just drove into the cones knocking them over as soon as you have done 20 the achievement will pop this has to be done in one lap as the description says.
If anyone else wants to add races which it's easier one let me know and I'll update.

I got this on Arcade event 17, there must be 50 cones on that bad boy. I just took it really slow and got the achievement about half way round.
