Easiest way to get this is to use this car and upgrades for the Drift Rookie and Drift Pro:
Car: Kazen 86.
Mods: Exhaust, Transmission, Suspension, Brakes, Differential, Body Kit, Rear Wing and Sports Tires.
And for the third Event Drift Champ use this car and upgrades:
Car: Super XR
Mods: Camshaft, Pistons, Exhaust, Air Filter, Ignition, Transmission, Weight Reduction, Chassis Enhancement, Suspension, Brakes, differential, Street Tires.
I didn't win every event and had too redo the third event a few times until i found the best upgrades to use but you don't need to win everyone as long as you have the most points.
