This will require a few in game credits to achieve this just as example It's exactly $18,225 to fully modify the "Cavodi Carabelle" and once you have bought them and enabled the modifications the achievement will then pop.

Just a note, that you have to buy both types of tyre upgrade, even though only one type can be equipped. I myself was a little confused when this achievement didn't pop, after following this guide.

Yeh, might be worth adding that all the tyres need to be purchased for this achievement to pop!
