All arcade challanges are just 50 single races in different vehicles choosen by game and you have to place 1st in every one of them.
You can beat them on any difficulty settings so it's pretty easy.
You also get cash for iwnning but it's very small amount comparing to career.
This mode is good to check how different vehicle classes handle and what to buy first during career.

Just to say, I put the difficulty on 0 and did 1-50 in around 2 hours
