How to unlock the Millionaire achievement in Reckless Racing Ultimate - Definitive Guide
You can check how much cash you have on statistics window at top left of garage. You can earn cash in career only, single events doesn't count.
I played all cups on max diff. from beginning and when finished career with DLC's I got about 500-600k.
For grinding rest imo 'Reckless Dirt' cup was the best. I set difficulty to about 75% and with max upgraded car (mine was Yomsha Rivera LS, favourite car for majority of career) won cup every time without problem. Whole cup takes about 10-12 mins and you get 25-30k for win, depends on difficulty set.

I also found Tropic breeze to be good aswell. Not as much cash but pretty quick to complete all 4 races

Doing the math. Reckless Dirt with a fully maxed Yomsha Rally at 70% difficulty netted me $34,000 for 10 minutes, 30 seconds, or $3,238 per minute. I didn't find the Riviera LS all that useful once I cranked up the difficulty. Also, Blesser's Bend seems to have more obstacles to get caught on.
Tropic Breeze with a Tector V2-R, racing tires and all handling upgrades but the weight reduction, at 70% difficulty was $25,500 at 9 minutes, 15 seconds, or $2,757 per minute. However, the racing was much easier here, so I would feel more comfortable cranking the difficulty up a few notches.
In the end, Reckless Dirt is superior, but it's close enough that it comes down to personal taste between offroad or street races.
