Painting you call will require $500 in game credits all you need to do is click the spray can image located below the image of your car (top right) or press RB if your using the XBOX 360 controller. The click base paint or scroll down to base paint and expand select the colour you want then click again to buy or press A if using the controller. Pop there goes the achievement!
