This is 1 of the 5 different endings of the game.
To get this ending, during the last mission, you need to "deposit" more TET memories in the core than any other memory type (and you must have collected all the TET memories).
When you spawn in at the last mission, the TET button is up and to the right of you. If you have unlocked all the traversal abilities, getting up to the button is extremely easy. Once there, dump your memories, then fly into the core at the center of the room to complete the mission, achievement unlocked.
Once you've beaten the final mission, you will respawn in the Central Exchange before the last mission so that you can beat it again with a different set of memories.
