Recompile

I did this legit by completing as much of the other available biomes first including completely clearing the HEX biome. After the boss there you pick up the bond skill by inverting the box at the end of the hallway with the sphere that follows you around scanning you.

You should easily have enough bits to bond with a couple of enemies now (64 per bond).

Enter TET shield, and ignore the first enemy as it is dormant. Activate the first switch and head across the green slabs to the first actual enemy. Bond with it. It will kill the dormant enemy. No worries - this doesn’t void the achievement because we didn’t kill it.

Activate the next switch that spawns a flying enemy and bond with that too. Then just abuse your triple jump to dance across the pipes and and gap across to the next skill. Then jump up the pipes to the exit.

I unlocked this before doing my final Biome (Ico Biosphere) while I was cleaning up the collectibles (its my OCD). At that point I had unlimited jump, dash and jetpack. Enemies don't respawn. If you killed all enemies in this area during first visit - you just need to get to exit to unlock the achievement.
