At the end of Generation three you will have to get married. This achievement is for marrying "Noah"
Believe it or not I got Faina and Noah both to marry me and managed to get both achievements. All I did was saved before the spire and then chose Faina and got the acheivement for that and the Thrid Generation then I just reloaded my save file and married who I wanted to marry which was Noah.
So again this achievement is for marrying Noah!
