To obtain each of the stats based achievements, you must raise the unmodified stat (i.e. the stats without equipment, the red bar on level up) to 150. This will come naturally for STR and INT given they are the main stats of fighters and mages respectively, however, LUK, VIT and AGI can be more problematic (though if using Winfield as a thief, LUK will also come naturally). The easiest/earliest way to obtain them is to save all your PP; by Generation 4, you should be able to make a save, boost someone's stat to 150+ to unlock the achievement, then reload to save your PP. If playing on a fresh Hard run and attempting one playthrough, it can be useful to use your PP to make the game easier (pump the VIT stat early). If you do this, then you will unlock the LUK and AGI stats naturally before the end of the extended Boundary Plane, and possibly VIT with Rex. At this point in the game, you can obtain as many as 20 levels (though usually 5-10) in a single battle, so saving level up points, boosting a stat and reloading is your easiest option here (combined with some PP). Equipment and active skills will make a far greater difference to your fighting ability at that point in the game, hence spending level up points is less important, and you can save some for these achievements.
