To unlock this, you must have one character who's strength goes over 150 without equipment. You can unlock all of the achievements like this by saving your PP. Save the game, push one character's strength to above 150, and the achievement will unlock. Load and repeat the process for the other achievements as needed.

Get 150 STR for one character (without equipment). To do so, you can save all your PP and, save the game and spend them all in on stat. Get the achievement, load and repeat for the other stats. Should be possible around the 4th generation.
