Simply choose Fyuuria as your wife at the end of the First Generation.
If I remember correctly the choices that she likes are:
Return to Rigulus directly; Attack that other city head on; and accept Melchiors challenge.

i chose her but i didnt get the achievement.... do you need her to be even happier than i had her?

Its possible she needs to be maxed out, I dont remember. Check the In-depth Perfect guide at the agarest wikia. Thats what I was following
