Choose the Fox-lady at the end of the 2nd Gen.
Visit the wiki if you want the correct options laid out for you. I followed it's "True End' guide and had all 3 females at max love by the end of the 2nd, so I saved it and chose each for the Achievements.
If you pick her your next Hero will have messy light hair (like cloud from AC). Mine also used Swords and Staffs and had good INT, AGI, and Luck.

I married Sherufanir at the end of generation 2 but the cheeve didn't pop... did I miss something?
