This achievement is called "Seer" Ryuryu is my bride!
You will need to have Ryuryu's love level at 5. You will know this because she will have rosy red cheeks and appear to be blushing. You will always have a option by the end of your generation to answer a bunch of questions, If you are sure of who you want just answer them if you get them wrong do what I did, go back to the dashboard and memorize the answers.
NOTE: I could also marry Hildegard also by the end of the fourth Generation so I saved before the Spire and just skipped past everything so I did not spoil myself. And choose her then after the achievement popped. I went back to the dashboard and choose Ryuryu and continued from there.
