After you have defeated Chaos, seen the true ending and watched the credits, you get a chance to save, when you load that save you can continue playing. You have to defeat the Holy Dragon again (twice if you didn't defeat him before defeating Chaos) to open up new paths in the Boundary Plane. Continue defeating bosses until you reach Chaos Dyshana. She is the second-to-last boss.

After you have defeated the Holy Dragon twice, the extended Boundary Plane will open up in Hard mode. As before, you have many boss battles and nodes to advance through to open up further areas, eventually leading to you facing the first five Gods again (this time at level 800 with 999999 HP, different drops and two additional bosses from the story mode at level 650). Once you have defeated these, the final path opens in the northern area of the Plane and you will face Chaos Dyshana at level 999 in the penultimate boss battle. Though this may seem a daunting prospect at this point in the game, you should be around level 400+ with 99999 HP and over 10,000 Attack/Magic. The standard boss tactics will still work well, and if you have the suggested Hero party, the U-Formation Special attack will be able to wipe out Dyshana in one attack.
