This achievement is called "Terror of the High Sea's"
Hildegard is my wife.
You will have to have her love rating up to a level 5 (she will go from a smile to a blush) At the end of the generation you will have the option to marry her just chose her and this achievement is yours!
NOTE: I was able to choose her and Ryuryu. All I did was save the game before going to the spire and skipped the cutscense to avoid spoilers and waited for the achievement to pop then I went to the dashboard and loaded it up and choose the other so I could get two of them at once.
