Obvious one first, use the save point below the boss and charge up your spirits.
Boss has two phases, short battle with Karla then the fight against Flaus.
Karla: Not all that difficult, as her attacks are telegraphed. Get some hits in and hop behind her when she is firing to whale away on her. When she puts up the two beams the close in, get close to her and continue to damage her.
Flaus: Once Karlas bar is done she'll 'summon' Flaus. Main attacks are charging you and flinging a shield and can be treated like any fast moving monster just beware of the Captain America throw.
Alternatively; Use invisibility and keep behind slashing away, she focuses on the invis clone the entire time.
