Blast Canyon is an arena dungeon and can be found in Shifting Sands after a storm.
You need to have 40 cores and be level 26 to enter. You'll need pretty good damage output to finish in time.

I kept struggling until.i changed my ammo type. Maybe just luck but it definitely helped.
