yellow key: yellow circle with dots on the map
there is a fly-bot in the room, look up
when you open the dungeon, you can go there first

I'm always going there second and it doesn't appear, I will try going there first and let you know

As I suspected the yellow key doesn't appear there if you go to that side of the dungeon last. First time I got there first, I got the achievement. Thanks

Yellow key wouldn't show so restarted the whole game and it fixed it

Yes.
If you want to unlock " Championship Bout "(Cleared all objectives in ‘Needle Nest’ dungeon) , you need to do it one run.
If you don't, you only unlock "Sparring Match"(Completed ‘Needle Nest’ dungeon).
