How to unlock the Charged Up achievement in ReCore - Definitive Guide

You should just get this naturally, I got it around level 10. If you have a high enough combo and you do a charged shot it should get to 10K damage easy.

You will get this once you have leveled up Joule’s rifle. Use fully charged shots against the more powerful enemies and eventually you will get this.
