There are a total of 40 Audio Logs available in ReCore. I would recommend going for these after finishing the game to some degree. All are available in free roam after completing the game. Julius Roldan's audio logs are red and are primarily located in close proximity to areas related to the main story.
I've arranged all the collectibles in 1 video showing their locations based on the area and accessibility.

I think you are wrong dungavin.
I found Natalie Bright log 10 still in the same place as shown in the video.
Also, I just found Roldan log 10 - it has not moved, however it is somewhat confusing to locate.
After searching for a while I realised - if you fast travel into one of floors on Eden Tower, you spawn at the BEGINNING of the floor. However Roldan log 10 is located at the END of Floor 5.
These start and end rooms are almost identical, which is why it's easy to think the log is missing or been moved.
You can distinguish whether you are at the start of the floor or end of the floor based on what you have to do to try to backtrack down the tower:
- If you are at the start of the floor, the door behind will be closed and asks you to "descend the tower".
- If you are at the end of the floor, the door behind will be open and you'll be able to see the spinning lasers and platforms (as Maka's video does).
Were it any other floor, you could fast travel into the floor above and simply head backwards through the "descend the tower" door. Unfortunately, if you try to do this to get back to Floor 5 you descend all the way to the lobby.
To find Roldan log 10, you either need to quick travel into Floor 5 and complete the floor again, or descend to the lobby and use the individual teleport stations there and take the one for Floor 5. These lobby teleports take you to the end of the floor.

Just got the last log book of Roldàn, but the achievement isn't unlocking :/

Each Audiolog has a specific file number, to find out which ones you have collected or need open up the main menu then scroll along to the Logs tab, from here you can see which files you have collected. The following is a brief guide giving an indication where each Roldan file can be found, it is very difficult to provide a concise accurate location without imagery so please bear in mind this is mainly to steer you in the right direction.
Roldan Audiologs
01 - Granite Steps - In a small alcove/cave in the zone wall, on ground level just east of the challenge dungeon and west of the exit to Lonely Basin.
02 - Lonely Basin - Look on the map for a dark black square with a X shape in the middle, right next to where pylon 512 is located. This file is in a hallway in the large central structure. On the opposite side of the cross to pylon 512.
03 - The Cradle - Look for this just in front of Kai’s crawler, near the portion sticking out on the right when facing the crawler from outside.
04 - Core Foundry - You will reach the room where you have to activate the girders for the climber bot to take you up to the upper platforms, cross the platforms to the far side’s right-hand corner atop some high boxes. If you jump down to the objective marker/door, you’ll have to go back across the room again, as you can’t get onto those boxes from the objective door, only from the platforms above.
05 Shifting Sands - Exit the Lost Crawler area via the door in the back and use Duncan to knock down a pillar leading to a ledge above. Just in front of you, on the ledge overlooking the air vents, you’ll find this one.
06 - Shifting Sands - Also in the area near the Lost Crawler, This one is sitting on top of a short crate not too far from the first of the two air vents. If you reach the Lost Crawler, you’ve gone too far.
07 - The Warren (Requires Duncan + Flier)- Near the beginning you will reach an airvent, use the flier to take the vent up. You will be on a broken bridge. Now, switch to Duncan and move forward, you will quickly come to a ledge with lots of sharp long claw like objects on the walls in front of you. Just drop down from the ledge then turn around so you are facing away from the long claws and you will see a smashable rock.
08 - Eden Tower ( FLOOR 1)-just to your left at the top of the ramp leading to the elevator.
09 - Eden Tower (Floor 2) - This one is to your left at the end of Floor 2, just before entering the elevator room. If you have already completed the floors take the 2nd floor elevator up then turn around as if backtacking, and you will see this on the ledge.
10 Eden Tower(Floor 5) - This one is in the elevator room at the end of Floor 5, to the right as you enter, just left of the fast travel pad.

The logs don't have a specific order, they're just numbered in order that I picked them up, which is really annoying to figure out which ones are missing...
