There are a total of 40 Audio Logs available in ReCore. I would recommend going for these after finishing the game to some degree. All are available in free roam after completing the game. Violet's (V1-OLT) audio logs are purple and primarily in open world parts of the game.
I've arranged all the collectibles in 1 video showing their locations based on the area and accessibility.

Either something has changed or this is inncorrect. I went to where #9 and #10 were, but there was nothing there. Either I had already collected them, and they were labelled differently, or something has changed. I did find a violet log located above #3, which when collected it marked itself as 9 (since I already had 8/10). So i am thinking, they do not have unique names any longer and when you collect one, they simply add them as the next number. I will check on other logs, but since I have 1-5 for one, 1-7, 1-7 1-7 for all the other, it seems strange that I haven't collected any out of order although I have been collecting from all parts of the map, opening up the entire map already.
And I collected what you refer to as Violet 4 - as my last one which was logged as #10 (when i check the list it listed I had logs 1 thru 9 as the titles when playable)
I do not think these are label with unique numbers any longer.

I have found my last Violet log in a location Maka did not find any in his videos... It was in Shifting Sand region, north east from the Coliseum dungeon. By Maka's video, there was supposed to be only 2 in the vicinity, right next to the entrance and right below the entrance...
The latest update must have changed the log's positions :(. At least they show up on the map now...

UPDATE: Latest patch fixed this achievement for me.
While I'm sure this glitch won't affect everyone, I want to share that all the log book achievements have a chance of glitching out. As you can see, I have found all 40 logs (10 for each achievement), but my percentages do not reflect this.

My audio log achievements glitched out too. I have all 40 put none of them popped. Seems the devs are aware of the issue and I found a little bit of info on their support page:

Same here, the progress for this ach reads 90%, even though I found all 10.
