There are a total of 40 Audio Logs available in ReCore. I would recommend going for these after finishing the game to some degree. All are available in free roam after completing the game. Thomas Adam's audio logs are blue and are primarily located in close proximity to areas related to the main story.

I've arranged all the collectibles in 1 video showing their locations based on the area and accessibility.

I had 9/10 logs and could not find the last one. Turns out I had to change the storm back to the original shifting sands so that the lost crawler could be there. Found my last adams log in the Lost Crawler; check here if it doesn't show up anywhere else and you know you already got the rest!

FYI, can confirm definitive edition loads the logs in order regardless of which order you collect them in. My last Adams was in the crawler, opened the last log (#10) despite being available much earlier.

Likewise I found my last Adams log in the Lost Crawler (where you get Duncan), it’s easy to miss. To the right of the exit door as you face it.

I can't find Thomas Adams Log Number 10. I have already finished the game, so I am not sure if I have already collected the audio log The menu says that number 10 is still missing. Do the audiologs have fixed numbers or depend on the order in which they are collected?

Some people have suggested in comments to other related achievements and on other sites that, in the Definitive Edition, logs aren't strictly numbered as they were before, meaning Logs locations might vary for various players.
But Logs now appear on the map when in the Overworld, so finding those is easier. For dungeons though, you need to be inside that particular dungeon.
