This will come with normal story progression and I would consider the first dungeon you enter.
After you get your first run down with Mack and upgrades, youll be tasked to reboot the Pylon. When the sandstorm kicks up, youll get a marker for a door you need to get too. This door is the entrance to Pylon 512 and should pop as the loading screen finishes. Also don't worry about a time limit on the sandstorm lol Its scripted
