If you are having difficult to find all Hardwares pick ups on Starving Sea or you have taken all Hardwares in open area and you can't find anymore, or you are stuck in 98%.
Here is a "secret" location inside the long tunnel that have one energy cell and some Hardwares on Starving Sea maybe you have missed.

Maybe it is not, so I put the image to tell you there is a chest, but why not take everything on the map (not in dungeon)

Don't expect a map to tell you all the pickups.
If you know other hide places, you can also make a solution to help other people.

This is not exactly a solution, just a warning: this achievement is slightly bugged.

I noticed I earned The Architect cheevo today when I just launched the game. Afterwards, I decided to search for all the Hardware Pickups. I reached 99% and I lost about an hour searching all places more than once, and I couldn't find any. Break for dinner, came back and the achievement popped...

So, if you're stuck at 99% and can't find any, try that! Maybe it will pop once you load the game again.

[UPDATE: CanadianWhizKid and Bk2DaFuture were stuck at 99% too and apparently this kind of thing worked. If just quitting the game and coming back is not worth it, try hard reseting the console. Remember, this is for people that searched literally EVERYTHING and found no other Pickups. Thanks to both of them for the comments!]

As for the rest, there aren't really many missable Hardware Pickups. Search all main areas where you can fast travel (which are 5 of them, though next to Eye of Obsidian there isn't any, as far as I remember), find every hole in the huge round tunnel in the middle of the map (they hide a few Hardware Pickups) and don't forget a cavern area next to Well of Shadows dungeon (if you leave the dungeon, it's on the right, there's a big opening in the rocks/mountain). There are a few enemies there and even a chest.

I know it's not the same as having pics or a video of it, but nobody did that yet, and the Pickups are really not that hard to find. Just keep your eyes open Good luck!
