The Broken Heart Achievement in Red Bull Crashed Ice Kinect: Won races against 13 Ghosts. This has to be done in the time trials you can select a opponent in the leaderboards (friends or overall) beat a ghost 13 times and the chievo should pop.

I just got this and can confirm you can do it against the same ghost over and over. I actually got it earlier than expected so it might also count races against your own ghost.

It has been so long since I last played though I cannot confirm that part.

So I can confirm that this achievement can be obtained offline and against your own ghosts. Which is good since the servers have been shut down.

Just make sure not to race too fast the first time you qualify for each race. Then simply beat that time in small increments. Got it after the second stage using that method.

Can confirm everything in the comments here having just unlocked:
* Servers being down means you can't set a rival from the online leaderboards (which are still up).
* Doesn't need to be done in one session/sitting, as my Xbox froze during the third our fourth go-round.
* Small increments over your previous run are the right move. I did this gradually over a few scattered trials (beating my own ghost), but this is still doable.
