There is one unmissable story one and a few companion activity homestead robberies that will help you get progress towards this. if you need one more and you're stuck at 75%, you can quickly go to Aberdeen Pig Farm. Aberdeen Pig Farm is located near Pleasance, you will see a house on the pause menu map near Pleasance at the edge of Lemoyne. When you get there, don't shoot them or you can't loot the stash. Instead, play the random encounter and drink the drink they give you 3 times. You'll wake up under some bodies and you'll need to run back to the house. When you get there, shoot the women (no honour is removed for killing them) then when the man comes down, dead eye target him until you can't target him anymore and press RT. There will be a picture of a women right in front of the entrance. Hold Y and you’ll be 25% closer to unlocking the achievement

This is bugged. I hit 5 of the 7 stashes and I'm stuck at 75%. The one in the Van Horn Mansion, I can't even get people to spawn in the house, so there is no stash for me to take from here. Guess I'll need to wait for that last one in Chapter 6.

There have been reports that this trophy has glitched unless you pick up every single lootable item in the homestead. It is highly recommended that you make a manual save in Chapter 2/Chapter 3 before starting on this trophy, as well as doing all four in one sitting to minimize chances of this happening.

Inside is a small safe with 2 x $20, don't forget to loot along with everything else in the house.
Lonnie's Shack:
There are 4 guys inside Lonnie's shack. Kill 3 of them, but leave one alive! It's best to do a manual save in advance. Point the gun at the last survivor and threaten him. He will tell you the location of the cache. This will be different depending on who is the last one standing. For example, the stash could be under the pillow of one of the beds or in a sack of grain in the kitchen, but unless you interrogate the last guy, you won't be able to take the stash.
Van Horne Mansion:
There is a villa south of the Van Horn trading outpost. You must go here at the beginning of the game. Enter at night (you can make camp and rest to pass the time ahead) and you will find two people sleeping on the bottom floor. Steal money from their table and loot everything else in the house. If you come here after completing the story, it is possible that you will not find either residents or money in the table.
