The ninth one is cut off at the very top. Continue due north directly from Colter and you'll see it to the right of the creek half buried in the snow.

Ok guys, the only reason there are "only 8" icons is because 2 graves are RIGHT next to each other (the one icon above Saint Denis) as the map states at the bottom left....

I don't know what is with all the negative comments or if the maps was changed from the original, but as of writing this, all marked graves are 100% accurate.

Good guide, except in a few it seemed the point on the interactive map was a bit further away, but the grave should be fairly recognizable so you should see it anyways.

There is two graves near Cotter. One is located at the graveyard at Cotter, the other is just north of Cotter. Head north to spider gorge, the grave is located on the right side of stream slightly north of the letter 'E' in Gorge if looking at map.

Interactive map was perfect, led me right to every location. Beware though, some of the tombstone icons are for murder puzzle clues which are NOT related to this achievement, be sure to click on each and see what the text says, I wasted a lot of time riding to a couple murder clues with my noob ass no stamina horse I got at the start of the epilogue, NOT FUN.

This video shows all 9 graves. Graves are a collectible type required for 100% and only available after completion of the main story in Chapter 6. There are a total of 9 graves spread across the map to visit for the achievement.
