How to unlock the Killer IV achievement in Red Death - Definitive Guide
Like the other kill x bosses achievements this is cumulative and can be done over multiple runs so feel free to kill boss 1, die and repeat. However if you played before the title update you'll need to do another 6 runs rather than another 2
Edit: As per comments this must be done in one sitting, closing the game fully and returning later will reset the counter

Has to be done in one play session. I did three, took a break, came back and still had to do six more.

not really a guide but when you kill the white skull boss it wont count toward the achievement
you have to kill the red boss at the end of stage 1 6 times

This is 100% correct the white skull does not count but the the second one does.
Try keep your lasers kill this boss die, rinse and repeat 5 more times.
+1 from me

Just got this, and am posting the following in case anyone else wants to know: yes, apparently you can kill a mix of the Level 1 boss and the Level 2 bosses, and when you inevitably die and restart you can just kill the Level 1 boss until the cheevs pops.
I had killed bosses a LOT more than just 6 times in my previous playthrough, but unlike Project Starship this game does not remember your previous stats and tallies.
Also, I did have the Achievement Tracker turned on during my playthrough and it registered absolutely nothing but the Achievements popped as they should.
On a final note, you will probably die because the green Achievement Unlocked banner will pop right at the bottom of the screen when you're down there trying to dodge enemy fire.
