EDF supply crates are identified as the greyish-blue boxes that are found around almost any EDF occupied building. These can easily be destroyed using your sledgehammer, or a remote charge.
These crates also drop a few salvage!
There are way more than 250 in the game, so don't be afraid to start destroying crates when you see them, without the use of a guide.
Hot Spot:
There is a high concentration of crates in the north-western section of the Oasis sector. (The area in which you destroy 12 smokestacks) There are at least 30+ crates in that area.

Follow the story-line, crush basically every EDF supply crate you see at the locations you're not in a vehicle (run some over too) and you'll get it.

Lol, I was guessing that there was more then 250, because the description doesn't say "Destroy ALL 250 EDF supply crates."

i've already confirmed for myself that there's way more than 250 EDF supply crates and also more than 50 instances of propaganda, so those 2 are pretty easy...i got it just by destroying them while i beat the game.

Go to the top of the eos sector. I found about 60 searching edf central command and mount vogel.

Basically look anywhere where there is an EDF presence. Checkpoints normally will have one or two and anywhere around destruction targets. Another important factor is there is more than 250 crates in the game so don't worry to much about "missing one" as you are bound to find others in random areas.

There are loads of both types of crate spread throughout each Sector and a lot more than 250 in the game so you won't have to go out of your way to get this trophy. Like the ore locations, you have to do sufficient damage to a crate that a message appears confirming its destruction.
