This achievement requires you to complete a match on each of the twenty-one multiplayer maps [accessible through the 'Xbox Live' menu entry].
Six maps are playable only through Siege mode, but all can be played through matchmaking or custom games.
By creating a "custom match with party" you can play by yourself and alter game settings. This allows you to flow through these much more quickly.

by "you can play by yourself and alter game settings" do you mean you don't need another person with you or did you mean "play by yourselves" as in no randoms?

This can be boosted solo but some of the maps can only be played when Siege is selected as the active game mode. The DLC maps, marked by the symbol below, are not needed for this trophy:
