Simple sign into Xbox live on the main menu and click matchmaking at the top of the list and pick a game mode either Anarchy or Team Anarchy as that is all that is available to start. Play one game and then hit the 'Y' button to bring you to the next game lobby, repeat this 4 more times.

This can not be obtained in a LAN match.
You don't even need to win the 5 matches, just play five right through to the end and the trophy will pop on the Match Summary Screen after playing your fifth match. Also see Topher Would Be Proud.
