Red Ronin

Everytime you quit the game or complete a chapter you get back to your house where you can resume or replay the chapters from the Death List or the Memory Units on the PC. After completing the 3rd memory unit you unlock the 4th and final target on the Dead List, simply press Y to read the info of every target and the achievement will unlock.
