This is very missable and should be done before fighting The Hollow Man.
Only possible in the main mission A Grave Situation: Find the Doc, which is the third mission of this series in the Redfall Commons. This will send you back to the graveyard to find Dr. Hunt, where you will find a large group of vampires nearby.
Take out Dr. Hunt's Father and the rest of the vampires to complete the mission and unlock this.

Me acerque y había unos vampiros en círculo, no estaba preparado para luchar asique me fui, pero no llegué activar la misión ni nada, los vi de lejos sin llegar a entrar al cementerio, cuando he vuelto solo había una vampira, la mate puse el reloj y lo robe, pero este logro nada, que desastre de juego, una segunda vuelta para sacar los logros que se queden

Pretty sure all you have to do is kill the Doc's father. I snuck up and shot his father from a distance with the stake gun and killed him. Mission over achievement popped.

In this guide we'll show you how to avenge Dr. Hunt's death in Redfall and earn the "Avenging the Good Doctor" Achievement.
One of the main missions in Redfall's first map (Redfall Commons) is the so-called "A Grave Situation", in which you will have to complete various tasks on behalf of Dr. Hunt, one of the game's main NPCs.
To earn the "Avenging the Good Doctor" Achievement you will need to complete the third part of the "A Grave Situation" mission ("Find the Doc"). This mission is not particularly difficult, but it is a missable Achievement, which you will need to earn before you kill the Hollow Man and are transported to the second map of the game (Burial Point).
Your objective in this mission is to search for the traces of Dr. Hunt in the Redfall Cemetery. As you will find out, the doctor is dead and next to his grave is his father, who has turned into a vampire. Once you kill this vampire you will complete the mission and earn the Achievement.
It is worth noting that there is a chance that you may encounter other vampires in the graveyard, so you may have to fight a harder battle. We're not entirely sure, but we're guessing that the number of enemies you'll encounter depends on whether you visit the graveyard during the day or night. In our second playthtrough on the same mission we visited the graveyard at night and had to fight more vampires.
