How to unlock the Bell-ringer achievement in Redfall - Definitive Guide

Prerequisites:
Fighting Bloody Tom takes place during the Burial Point part of the game. You need 3 underboss skulls as well as his rememnant to access his layer. You will already have the remnant by now but if you need underboss skulls you earn them by completing safe houses (capture safe house, do the safe house quest then the underboss quest making sure to pick up the skull from the ash pile after killing the underboss).
Reaching Blood Tom:
Make you way over to Bloody Toms door and place the skulls & the remnant. Head along the only path to find a large cave. You can kill a Sin Eater here for more story. There is a blood remnant in a small alcove at the back of the cave. Make your way down the hole in the middle of the room and head along the tunnel to see a new large cave with a big bell suspended in it. This is the boss fight room.
Bloody Tom attacks:
Blood Tom only has 2 attack and both are easily avoided using the same method we used with the Hollow Man. He spawns 3 large blood balls which he throws one after the other. Once they hit they release red mist that damages you over time. His other attack his a blood spear that he throws which deals heavy damage.
Fighting Bloody Tom:
As you enter the room you will notice the stone pillars. Use these to hide behind. Bloody Tom pops up from the hole straight ahead so hide behind the closest pillar on the left. Make sure you don’t stand up against these pillars so when the blood balls hit the red mist can’t hurt you. He only uses the blood balls during the first phase. After depleting a third of his health he will change to a different hole. His blood spear will now come into play but it’s easily avoided by hiding behind the pillars. Just rinse and repeat the above steps and stake him when his health is fully depleted. The achievement will pop shortly after.

At the end of one of the boss threads in Burial Point, you’ll face off against Bloody Tom in the aptly named mission, “Bloody Tom.” Simply beat Bloody Tom and this achievement is yours.
While it might seem a little daunting to start with, because of the damage you deal (or lack thereof), fear not, his patterns are very predictable. For phase 1 you can hide behind the rock formation on the right and poke out to fire when he's not firing at you.
For the second phase you’ll be more exposed. In this phase, get out into the middle and as he throws his projectiles, run to the other side of the open area. Rinse and repeat. When he switches to his blade, just strafe left and right of the whole arena that’s not covered in blood mist, and shoot at him. Do that and you’ll be fine.
