You’ll be approaching the area of a blood remnant at The Reyes House in the Sedgewick neighbourhood of the Redfall Commons map.
Otherwise, any building with crows circling over it will contain one, something I’ve observed after collecting a few of these already.
You’ll see a bunch of vampires with a blue aura surrounding them, it’s a protective shield that can be taken out with 2 or 3 punches, don’t waste ammo on this. You’ll have to eliminate any outside (just one I believe) and then make your way indoors where you’ll encounter 4 more vampires.
Look to where the aura lines comes from and try to sneak your way in, the blood remnant will be inside the box and will remove the aura. If you get seen just rush to it.

This can be earned during the main mission called A Grave Situation. This will send you to a graveyard where you will place a watch on a gravestone.
After placing it, you're given the opportunity to steal the watch. To unlock this, steal it before leaving.
You will also unlock the I Spit in Your Grave achievement

“Blood remnants” in Redfall are small test tubes of vampiric blood infused with psychic energy. When equipped they give the user special abilities.
You’ll occasionally find blood remnants on slain vampires and in containers dotted throughout the world, however, the strongest of the strong can be found at the bottom of vampire nests. If you kill the Shroud from Peek-a-boo (10G) and head to where the Shroud was originally encased, you’ll find your first blood remnant. If not, finish a nest and you'll get one there too.
