You will get campaign missions from the briefing table. If you complete all missions there you will automatically complete all optional campaign missions. The optional ones are those that branch off the main missions.
Make sure to do all optional campaign missions in Redfall Commons before you travel away to Burial Point as you will not be able to return.

Some missions have optional objectives, but these aren't “optional missions”. You need to do the optional missions as OP described. There’s a similar achievement for Redfall Commons that refers to “side” missions. Not sure why Arkane decided to be unclear and inconsistent in this way.

In Redfall, not every main campaign mission is actually required to finish the campaign - campaign missions are missions that you get from the briefing table. These optional quests involve stuff not related to the actual advancement of the story, like "Amelia’s Memorial."
These optional campaign misisons will usually involve someone or something you've previously encountered. Just make sure you complete all the campaign missions on the table and you'll definitely get this, so don't sweat it too much.
