How to unlock the Dexterity Save achievement in Redfall - Definitive Guide
This achievement is missable and can be earned during "Taking Back the Air Waves" side mission which is located in Redfall Commons. It is available to do after the intro mission. Before heading to the objective, make sure you have lockpicks and some rewire kits.
Once you're ready to depart, head to the house that the objective marker leads you to, picklock the front door and head in. You'll need to get to the 2nd floor in to collect the survival tips tape without setting off any of the tripwires found in the house. There are 2 in the first room, 3 on the stairs, and 1 in the upstairs hallway. You'll have to duck under/jump over the two in the first room and make your way to the staircase. There will be a tripwire you can easily disable with a rewire kit on the stairs. Move up the stairs staying in the center of the two tripwires and jump up on the table along the back wall. You'll then be able to jump over the last trip wire in the hallway and make your way into the 2nd doorway to collect the survival tips tape on the desk. If you made it without tripping any of the wires, the achievement will unlock right away.

This takes place during the side mission "Taking back the airwaves" in Redfall commons. To unlock the side mission you need to complete the main mission "Fall like lighting" and then capture the "Heritage Rock Safehouse". There will be a note inside the safehouse to start this side mission.
You will need 1 lockpick and I recommend having 3 rewire kits before heading to bills house. You need to navigate the house without tripping any of the wires. The survival tapes are upstairs on a desk in the bedroom.

Thanks for actually explaining how to get the side mission. I used Jacob's skill to cloak through all the tripwires without disarming them.

The above guide is full and complete and works for any character. Here I offer an alternative solution which is considerably easier but only works if playing as Jacob.
You will need to be minimum lvl 5, so that you have unlocked his cloaking skill and so that you have sufficient Skill Points to spend. You will want to spent the points on the Cloak skill tree and acquire the skill 'Air Supercavition'. It is the second tier of the middle skill path for cloak. It costs 3 skill points to unlock (1 for the previous rank 'Camouflage Field' and 2 points for 'Air Supercavitation').
This ability allows you to walk through laser beams without triggering them and setting off the traps. Simply walk past the first 2 beams to the bottom of the stairs and then wait for the skill to recharge. Use a second time to go upstairs and find the tape recorder.
Note that there are 2 Vampires in this house that you may need to deal with first. But if you're cloaked they should ignore you until it wears off.
It is possible to go all the way past the kitchen and upstairs on a single charge of Cloak if you also have the tier 1 upgrade 'Battery Efficiency', but to err on the side of caution make 2 uses of the skill instead.

Just as a side note, the vamps can trigger the tripwires by teleporting to them. This can completely disable the achievement in a play through, even if you quit, through personal experience.

**MISSABLE**
The "survival tips" in this instance refers to the "vampire survival tips" which can be found in the house in southern Basswood - opposite the Supper Club fast-travel point (in northern Shadetree Heights).
The aforementioned house is basically one large trap. If possible, I'd recommend doing this with either Devinder (who can use his locator to go through tripwires) or even better, Jacob, whose level 5 cloak ability allows you to travel through tripwires. The tricky part here though is if there's vampires inside. You basically need to bait them out and not fight inside, which has flammable surfaces pretty much everywhere.
So, lockpick the downstairs door. Lure out the vampire if there is one. Then, depending on who you are, use your abilities to get through. If you're not Devinder or Jacob, then purchase some rewires to disable the tripwires. Then, just take your time.
If you're Devinder you can relocate past the first two, and then disable the 3 on the stairs. If you're Jacob and level 5 and have Air Supercavitation, you can walk through them all as an invisible entity. And if you're neither, rewire the tripmines, then when you've run out, fast-travel back to the fire station to buy some more and then disable the rest. Do all that, and be careful for the spawns inside and you should be good.
Just a disclaimer, I set off the trap and quickly hard reset the game, came back and did it no issues, so it's clear that you need to do it first time around otherwise miss your chance to get it.

Quest "Return to the Air" from the notice board from the shelter in the port. You will be sent to Bill's house. Both floors will be mined and the best option to complete this quest is either Devinder’s teleport, or Jacob’s upgraded stealth, in which beams do not react to him.
