How to unlock the Eagle Eyes achievement in Redfall - Definitive Guide
You find this mission in the second area of the game Burial Point. The start of this mission is located northeast of the Direcliff Safehouse and directly north of Direcliff Amphitheater. You will want to bring a UV Medusa weapon and some hacking kits with you (it is doable without them but tougher). Go into the caves collecting the log book then three Bellwether Supply Crates without walking through any of the red or orange lasers. Try to stay stealthy as it appears the vampires can also set off the tripwires. Don't disarm or blow up the tripwires as this may (mixed reports from people) negate the achievement!
You can also start the quest and enter the cave from the south of Direcliff Amphitheater but the trip wires are harder to avoid from that direction.

Big advice after succeeding the mission in 2 playthroughs, but not unlocking the achievement. I joined a friend's game to complete this mission for a third time and it did finally unlock. DO NOT KILL ANY VAMPIRES DURING THIS MISSION (probably in the cave only)! I completed the mission twice without triggering mines, but i killed at least 1 vampire everytime to avoid detection. I joined a friends game and completed the mission without triggering mines and killing any vampires and it unlocked! Also, you don't need to pick up the mission in the upper room where you are supposed to do so. Instead, go near the entrance of the cave (north or south) and the mission will activate automatically (if you haven't completed it already). Maybe this well help for players who are having trouble with this achievement (1 of the achievements that might be glitched).

Done this without triggering any wires, I disabled all red ones at one entrance by rewiring them, I rewired a turret and I rewired 1 orange laser near the document. But I did NOT unlock the achievement.
Can anyone confirm if we are allowed to rewire the orange ones?

In order to unlock this achievement we have to:
1. Read the document in the attic of a house west of Burial Point Memorial fast travel point
2. Read the document in the caves located north-east of Direcliff safehouse
3. Open all three Supply Crates located in the same cave
You have to do all of the above without tripping any of the tripwires located in the caves, although I would also avoid the tripwires leading to the house (to be on the safe side).
Here's a video guide:
I have attempted to get this achievement multiple times and it did not unlock for the life of me, even when no turrets/tripwires were disabled and no vampires were killed.
I believe that in order for it to unlock you have to read BOTH of the documents (not just the one in the cave) and only then can you open the containers - that is what worked for me (finally!).

I had no idea the stake launchers were a stealth weapon. This gave me extra comfort to be able to take out those 2 vampires. My mission glitched in my first playthrough and I tried doing this 4 times. I think getting that first note in the house makes a difference. Got it first time on my second playthrough.

**MISSABLE**
West of the Burial Point fast-travel in Founder's Knoll is a house on what used to be an island. If you head upstairs in that house and read the Believers Beware note, you'll commence the side quest, "The Lost Unit."
This will then send you to the Direwolf Caverns, to the north of it. Before you head there, make sure you have 3 rewire kits, and then head to the Direwolf Caverns.
First things first, use a sniper rifle to draw out the vampires into the open. Deal with them. It'll make the next bit easier. Then, if you have an ability to get through the first trip mines, use it. If not, use the rewire kit to disable them. Then, carefully make your way inside and up to the top (straight ahead). The journal that kicks the main part of the quest off is next.
You'll then need to unlock 3 supply crates. Aside from the 3 tripwires in, and the 3 on the other side (another entrance/exit), there's only a few you need to be aware of. Just can shoot turrets, in case you're wondering. Get the 3 crates (2 in the main area and 1 in a side area) without setting off a tripwire, and you'll unlock this achievement.

The entrance to the cave will be marked on the map, but you will be greeted by two vampires, three tripwires and three turrets. You can take a longer route and enter the cave from the north, in the bay through the cave. There will only be three tripwires. After using stealth you can sneak past all the vampires and open the boxes. There is no point in waking up the vampires, since in the cave itself there are three tripwires that they will definitely touch. And the box in the center of the cave is guarded by a turret, so it would be a good idea to go around and break it open without making any noise. Afterwards, you need to carefully pick up the document in the center of the cave, at the top, and the trophy should be immediately counted.
I encountered an unpleasant bug when I fulfilled all the conditions but was not given a trophy, since for some reason the quest did not end, although I completed all the goals. As a result, after the fifth reboot of the game, I finished it, but they didn’t give me the trophy.
