How to unlock the Good Samaritan achievement in Redfall - Definitive Guide
Unfortunately this achievement is buggy and host only, it seems. You can complete these side missions before starting the "One of Us" Mission. The buggy issue for me and others it seems is with "The Lost Unit". Luckily we completed it twice in same play-through and it unlocked for Host, seemed they had to also open the crates and pick up note.
The 7 side missions in Burial Point are as follows:
The Red Candle - Pick up the journal, “Stay Away From the Orchard,” in the Maritime Centre to start this quest.
Ward Family Tree - Speak to Constance Ward at the Maritime Centre after you’ve completed the main quest, “Keeping Hope Alive”.
Eclipsed - In Central Founder’s Knoll, just west of the Windy Stead fast-travel point (on the same main road that the Wellness Center is on), there’s a garage. Hack the door and read “The Black Sun” journal to start this side quest.
Dr. Young's Project - Speak to Nurse Tran in the Maritime Centre just before you leave for the quest at the Wellness Center.
Bird Watching - Speak to Nurse Tran in the Maritime Centre after completing the two previous Maritime Centre side quests.
What Happened to Ms. Wayland? - This will pop up automatically as soon as you’ve completed “The Key to Wellness” main quest.
The Lost Unit - West of the Burial Point fast-travel in Founder's Knoll is a house on what used to be an island. If you head upstairs in that house and read the Believers Beware note, you'll commence the side quest, "The Lost Unit.", finding the cave will also automatically start mission.

.
I gave thumbs up #3 because you actually told us how many side quests there are, the name of each quest and how to start them.
The other current guides just mention bugs that seem to be patched now, making their guides pointless and obsolete.

POTENTIAL FIX SPECIFICALLY IF "THE LOST UNIT" QUEST IS BUGGED.
To explain really quick the bug I faced:
I had completed all the side quests but for some reason, "The Lost Unit" was stuck in my Quest Log even though the objectives are completed (have checkmarks next to objectives).
I will explain why this potential solution might work, but to quickly get to the solution;
Go back to the caves where the objective is, open one boxes so that the objective is restarted (should say that you have 1/3 boxes as the objective updates). then QUIT THE GAME AND LOAD BACK IN.
After that, load back in, go back to the caves, open the all of the boxes again. After opening the final box, the achievement popped for me.
To explain why I believe this works;
Something I noticed about the quests in Burial point is if you complete a quest but still have objectives (yellow circles or whatever) on your map, quitting out and coming back in forces the game to recognize the objective was completed.
I believe that quitting out and coming back in acts similarly to when an objective is reactivated. The game recognizes the Lost Unit objective as active and lets you complete the mission after the reactivation and quit out.
I will say I am unsure that this may work for the Eclipse mission, but can confirm that I unlocked the achievement after the steps I outlined.
Would like to hear if this works for anyone else!

I found a site that has all of the side missions listed, here's the link:
https://www.xboxachievements.com/game/redfall/achievement/29...
What I did for Lost Unit was avoid disarming any of the tripwires. When you enter the cave, there's a white shed with 4 trip wires on it. If you climb on top of it and jump over the top one you're safe. Make sure to keep all the UV lamps on, that way if vampires see you they get petrified and don't set of traps. If necessary, quit out of your game via dashboard and retry.

For the side mission 'Eclipsed' I got the intel and killed the vampire before I went to the house to start the mission and this has bugged the side mission so that it check marks all of requirements but it won't complete. So this is not only missable but buggy.

**MISSABLE**
There are 7 side quests to complete in Burial Point. A good portion of these come from people or journals within the Maritime Center, usually after you've done a main quest (so do the side quests when they pop-up), but there are some that need seeking out, like Eclipsed, which is started when you find a journal in the open-world.
The Red Candle - Pick up the journal, “Stay Away From the Orchard,” in the Maritime Center to start this quest.
Ward Family Tree - Speak to Constance Ward at the Maritime Center after you’ve completed the main quest, “Keeping Hope Alive.” NOTE: If you get to the final waypoint (west of the Maritime Center) and the remnant isn't there, then try exiting the game and reloading back in. That worked for us.
Eclipsed - In Central Founder’s Knoll, just west of the Windy Stead fast-travel point (on the same main road that the Wellness Center is on), there’s a garage. Hack the door and read “The Black Sun” journal to start this side quest.
Dr. Young's Project - Speak to Nurse Tran in the Maritime Center just before you leave for the quest at the Wellness Center.
Birdwatching - Speak to Nurse Tran in the Maritime Center after completing the two previous Maritime Center side quests.
