The Festival is the 2nd to last main mission in Burial Point.

Explore the Harvest site in order to destroy all the necessary enemies. The Harvestman will spawn and is a Siphon type with shields in one of the buildings. Once you kill him the achievement will pop

I thought I was going to miss it so I was searching for every enemy all the steps of the way. He shows up after you go through the 3 doors. So it's fine to interrupt the 4, get to the Ferris wheel, get to the doors and then when you get back to the Ferris Wheel, look for the Huntsman. I had him spawn on top of Wellman Seafood. Directly to the left after you cross the bridge from the Harbor Festival Fast Travel Point

**MISSABLE**

The Festival mission is one of Redfall’s last missions. In it, you’ll have to head to the carnival in Burial Point, AKA King’s Square, where you’ll have to disrupt the Channelers to open the tent. In this area you’ll find a Siphon called The Harvestman. Kill it and this achievement is yours.
