How to unlock the Helping Hand achievement in Redfall - Definitive Guide

There are five missions that have to be completed for this achievement:
1. Carpe Noctem: this mission requires you to find and secure your first safe house located in Shadetree Heights. When you get close to the safe house, Eva will radio you which triggers this mission. After securing the safe house, you then need to secure the neighbourhood by completing the two missions that you receive via the safe house's whiteboard (a supply drop mission and the mission to kill the Shadetree Killer underboss).
Subsequent safe house missions are not listed under the "side mission" category in the mission tab and are NOT required to obtain this achievement.
2. Whiskey and Cigars: this mission triggers with a note at Eva's church (Redfall United Church of Christ) in the church office. Go to Eva's apartment to pick up both items and then deposit them in the kitchen part of Eva's Lost & Found room in the Fire Station.
3. Intermission Snack: behind the stairs leading down to the Fire Station's basement are grey shelves with a broken popcorn machine. Interact with the popcorn machine to start the mission. Obtain the Popper Repair Kit from the basement of the Overton Theatre and then return to the Fire Station to 'repair' the popcorn machine.
4. Taking Back the Airwaves: fast-travel to the Supper Club historical marker in Shadetree Heights. Turn around and go to the house with the broken white picket fence on the right side of the intersecting road.
Pick the back door lock and enter the house - be careful not to trigger the red trip wires or you will be locked out of a different achievement ("Dexterity Save") - and then go upstairs. In the third room on the left, there is a desk with Bob's note and Bob's recording about survival tips. Take the survival tips recording to Dead Catch Records and load it into the laptop in the recording studio on the upper level of the building.
5. The Abducted Brother: After you've done a few main missions, talk to Joe Creelman in the armoury in the Fire Station to trigger this side mission. This mission involves locating his brother, who is in the basement of a house directly across the street from the Sedgewick safehouse. Go down to the basement of that house and open the reinforced door on the right side of the basement. Stand back and don't immediately go into the room once you open the door - the door is trapped and avoiding it will also give the "Saw That Coming" achievement.
Once you've completed these five side missions, the achievement will unlock.

If those 5 missions are all that's required, we have another glitched achievement.

**MISSABLE**
There are 5 side missions to complete in Redfall Commons. Some like Carpe Noctum will start naturally, while others like Take Back the Air Waves need seeking out. Below you will find a list of all Redfall Commons’ side missions and where to find them.
Carpe Noctem - The Carpe Noctem side quest will start when you get close to a safe house, and in it, you’ll have to : Find a safehouse (there’s one in the residential area, in the north of Sedgewick), complete the first safehouse mission (interact with the radio and then the map) and then do the second and final safehouse mission, thus, clearing the region and completing the side quest.
Intermission Snack - Grab the side quest from the popcorn machine in the basement of thsue fire station (after the “Two Birds One Stone” main mission). The Popper Repair Kit is found in the basement of the Overton Theatre in Old Town.
Whiskey And Cigars - South-southwest of the Sedgewick Safehouse is the Redfall United Church of Christ. In the backroom (presumably after you’ve cleared the region by killing Gideon, the underboss), there’s a note in the backroom, which will trigger this side quest and send you to Reverend Eva’s Apartment on a supply run.
Taking Back the Air Waves - In the house northeast of the Supper Club fast travel point. Upstairs. There’s a note and an audio recording. Picking up the note will trigger this side quest. This will send you to north Basswood, to Dead Catch Records, to put an end to annoying broadcast.
The Abducted Brother - Speak to Joe Creelman in the fire station after you’ve completed “A Grave Situation” and picked up the next quest, “Giving You Tomorrow” (assume that it doesn’t have to be those 2 quests in particular, just the 2nd of the 3 quests you pick up). Joe will ask you to check on his brother at the Creelman Residence in Sedgewick.
