The Psychic Woods is the area in between Redfall Commons and Burial Point after destroying The Hollow Man. The mission spawns you in several different areas, you can unlock the achievement by walking through each door that doesn’t glow red when you walk near it. These are the wrong doors walk through each wrong door before the red glowing doors to unlock the achievement.

It is possible to get both achievements. Do the correct door one and then as soon as the chievo unlocks go do dashboard and delete your save off the console only. Restart the game and you will be back at the start of the area and be able to do the other one. This worked for me.
