How to unlock the What Lies Below achievement in Redfall - Definitive Guide

The Irving Family Mausoleum is found in the second part of the game "Burial Point". It is in the "Ashumet Springs" neighborhood not far from the safehouse in that neighborhood.

Edit: Thank you to rabidcentipede who points out you need to ring the bell 6 times to unlock the crypt. Sorry for the initial confusion.

Achievement unlocked as soon as the crypt door opened.

You actually just have to ring the bell 6 times. The number of bells painted on the wall inside. It doesn't matter if its during the day or night. Just ring the bell six times and the door opens.

Is there anything inside? I just rung the bell and left, but I assume there's at least a grave lock inside?

To be more clear about where this is, it's south east of the safe house. Directly below the Burial Point Cemetery icon in this neighborhood.

Great video Shummell! A very easy achievement.
You can do this in the daytime too, just ring the bell 6 times per the other comments.

Regarding what's inside the mausoleum: an outfit item (Afro-Punk Renegade headpiece for Layla), a Standard Blood Remnant and some basic loot/supplies.
A siphon vampire spawned after I collected the Blood Remnant and I looted a High-End Blood Remnant from them.

**MISSABLE**

In Burial Point, specifically in Ashumet Springs, right the way down the south, you’ll find the Burial Point Cemetery. In said cemetery is the Irving Family Mausoleum. All you need to do to unlock this achievement is unlock the mausoleum.

We simply hit the bell next to the door 3 times, waited a second, and then did it 3 more times. We then tried the door and it opened, and the achievement popped. That pattern coincides somewhat with the imagery at the back of the mausoleum
