NOTE: devs have responded and said a patch to fix the bugs has already been submitted to Microsoft,
WARNING:
MAX HP \ ammo are bugged in a bad way
they still pop fine, but as long as you have max HP or ammo (200\25) the game is constantly trying to pop the achievements to the point of completely killing the frame rate till you cant even open the xbox dashboard till it finally crashes the game
WARNING:
If you manage to save your game in this slowed state with max HP or ammo it will ruin your file and you will need to start a new file to fix it
Till its patched simply stay at 180 HP and 22 ammo and the game will run fine
