How to unlock the The Once and Future Thing achievement in Regalia: Of Men and Monarchs - Royal Edition - Definitive Guide

This Achievement is story-related, and cannot be missed.
After you complete Chapter 6, you will have 50 in-game days until the final battle. You can do whatever you want during this time, work on Personal Bonds, dungeon dive, fish, or just skip ahead. There are no specific objectives as in previous Chapters.
Unfortunately, in my experience, the final battle of the game has an unreasonable spike in difficulty. All throughout the game, the battles would be challenging, but manageable with a little change in tactics. I could find no strategy for this battle that worked with the characters I had.
Luckily, you can pause the game, go to Gameplay Settings, and balance the scales to your liking, specifically "Damage dealt by Party Members," and "Damage received by Party Members. You can raise the former, and lower the latter.
