Complete the tutorial battle against rats and their broodmother with Kay and Griffith to unlock this achievement.
If you are new to this type of game and are having troubles, position Griffith at a chokepoint where he cannot be attacked by more than one or two enemies and support him with Kay's, "Command" ability to restore shields and his, "Inspire" ability to both give Empowered status (+25% damage) and as an impassable barrier to block the rats. Griffith should do most, if not all, of the attacking in this encounter.
