You and your dummy account or boosting partner select the same team minute men and the same class and weapon. Because if you run out off ammo you can pick up new by pressing RB. Team kills do count for all of the achievements. Then go to the fence in the corner of the map next to the guard tower, this should be your spawn point if you are on the minute men team. Stand in the same place i am in the image. Doing this your teammate should spawn at differnt points around you, from left to right.
If you press RT your teammate will spawn faster. And if you got a turbo controller just turbo the RT, then your teammate spawn faster, then you can kill them a lot faster.
You should be getting 45 -75 kills a 10 min game depending on what weapon you are useing.
Barad
This will be the big grind, and it will take twice as long as you will need to get 20,000 kills combined with your partner. In a 10 minute match assuming you and your partner are consistent. This is 300 kills an hour per player, and ultimately 33hrs for the 10,000 kills, though it should be rounded up to 35hrs as the rocket and grenade kills will take a considerable amount of time longer. This is 70hrs of boosting combined for both players achievements.
Alternatively, if you have two consoles, you cut out half the time as you're only getting kills for yourself.
In terms of getting kills as quick as possible, you should choose Capture the Case mode on the Prison map, and the player getting the kills should be on the Darkwater team while the other player is on the Minute Men team. Have the Darkwater player stay inside the building in the far left side corner of the yard, past the fence. The other player will spawn either in different positions in the yard close by. The spawn is different everytime, but they're all extremely close to each other, but you should make sure to not be outside the building after killing your partner otherwise they will spawn in a completely random area in the map.
